    Meet Darcie Ellyne

     

    Founder of Restaurant Dietitian, Darcie Ellyne has provided nutrition consulting and menu labeling services to the restaurant industry for over two decades. As a Registered Dietitian and Culinary Nutrition Consultant, Darcie uses state-of-the-art database technology to generate accurate computer nutrition analysis.  

    With a Master's degree in Nutrition Science from San Jose State University, Darcie enhanced her nutrition expertise with culinary training at the world renown École de Gastronomie Française Ritz-Escoffier in Paris. She has experience in food service management, teaching and nutrition counseling. With her unique educational background and professional expertise in both food service and nutrition, Darcie is sensitive to and knowledgeable of the aesthetic, technical, and nutritional aspects of food production and consumption.

    Meet Bonnie Lemesh

     

    Bonnie Lemesh, Registered Dietitian, recently joined the Restaurant Dietitian team. Bonnie brings 15 years of culinary and nutrition experience as a clinical dietitian, instructor, and caterer. Her expertise includes planning menus and modifying recipes to taste delicious while meeting specific nutrition criteria. In addition, she has taught nutrition courses to culinary students at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and has taught classes on Healthy Cooking at Draeger's Supermarket in San Mateo, California.

     

    Bonnie has a BS in Nutrition Science from San Francisco State University and completed additional culinary training at L'Ecole de Gastronomie Francaise Ritz-Escoffier and Le Cordon Bleu culinary schools in Paris. She continues to work "hands-on" as a caterer, dietitian and nutrition consultant. She is a welcome asset to the team.
