Bonnie Lemesh, Registered Dietitian, recently joined the Restaurant Dietitian team. Bonnie brings 15 years of culinary and nutrition experience as a clinical dietitian, instructor, and caterer. Her expertise includes planning menus and modifying recipes to taste delicious while meeting specific nutrition criteria. In addition, she has taught nutrition courses to culinary students at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and has taught classes on Healthy Cooking at Draeger's Supermarket in San Mateo, California.
Bonnie has a BS in Nutrition Science from San Francisco State University and completed additional culinary training at L'Ecole de Gastronomie Francaise Ritz-Escoffier and Le Cordon Bleu culinary schools in Paris. She continues to work "hands-on" as a caterer, dietitian and nutrition consultant. She is a welcome asset to the team
